6th payment from this site. Days before I did my cashout, the owner changed the minimum payouts from $1 to $3, because of the things going on with PayPal and PTC sites. A lot of PTC scams have been reported. So PayPal asked for some documents from PTC owners, so most PTC who's not in compliance with PayPal's TOS, has been frozen, and/or the owners opt for another payment processor.

This site's account is not frozen, because they paid me last time January 28. It was during the days when other PTC sites owners couldn't pay through PayPal. Then, when I try to cashout last tuesday, the minimum payout is back to $1, and it took only 2 days to pay me by PayPal. The fast payment maybe because of the few payout requests pending. If this site is still paying through PayPal, site is approved by PayPal, meaning it's not a scam site and it's a very very LEGIT PTC site.
